Scholarship Request Form

Montevideo Schools and Chippewa County believe that all students should have the opportunity to participate in activities outside of the school day. Through the Chippewa Champions program, the County has established an activity scholarship fund for Montevideo students. Scholarships may be provided according to the fee schedule below.  The family will be responsible for paying the rate listed according to their Meal Benefit status, with the remaining amount being scholarshipped by the Chippewa Champions program.
